If you wish to delete your account or request removal of any personal information (such as your name, email, phone number, bib number, or event participation details), you can do so at any time by following the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to support@eventforce.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the phone number or email address that you used while registering or interacting with our services.
  3. Our support team will verify your identity and process your request.
  4. Your data will be deleted from our active systems within 7 business days, and we will confirm the deletion via email.

Additional Notes

  • Certain information may be retained temporarily if required by law, regulatory obligations, or for resolving disputes.
  • Once deletion is completed, your account and related data cannot be restored.
