Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in limited cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment transactions
- Technical failures where the service was not delivered
- Organiser-approved refund requests in specific cases
Once a digital service (such as an image download) is successfully delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

International Orders
Our policies apply globally. Refunds are only available for duplicate transactions or technical failures.
