Eventforce.ai is the software platform of Veloscope, a government-registered entity. Eventforce.ai provides digital products and services that help users identify their images using Facial Recognition (FR) or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and enable them to download images—either for free or on purchase—depending on the organiser’s prerogative. We do not manufacture any physical goods.

Under no circumstances shall Eventforce.ai be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

License

Eventforce.ai grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the website strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Definitions

  • Company: Eventforce.ai, the software platform of Veloscope (B201, Purvi Lotus, Hosapalya Main Road ITI Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka).
  • Service: The digital services provided by Eventforce.ai, including FR/OCR-based image identification and downloads.

  • You: A person or entity using Eventforce.ai.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or exploit the platform.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
  • Remove or obscure proprietary notices of Eventforce.ai or Veloscope.

Payment

For paid downloads or services, you agree to pay fees as per Eventforce.ai’s pricing terms. Payments are handled securely through third-party providers.

Refund Policy

Since Eventforce.ai provides digital services and products, refunds are considered only in exceptional cases of service failure. Please contact us for resolution.

User Content & Suggestions
